New Link-Belt Cranes Available for Rent at Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental

New Link-Belt HTC-80100XL

Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, a member of the ALL Family of Companies, is taking delivery of two new Link-Belt cranes, part of a larger package previously announced. This includes a Link-Belt HTC-80100XL truck crane and Link-Belt RTC-8065 II rough terrain crane, both available for rent now.

The HTC-80100XL truck crane is a strong, versatile machine prized for its 100-ton capacity and 164-foot power boom. “It packs a lot of the same punch as an all-terrain crane, but with a much smaller footprint,” said Ryan Harrison, Dawes’ general manager. “It’s compact and road-ready, plus has great swing speeds.” Harrison expects it to be in high demand in varied sectors, including steel erection, HVAC, and construction work such as pouring concrete, truss work, and erecting wood-framed pole buildings, among others.

The RTC-8065 II, a 65-ton rough terrain, is a taxi fleet workhorse that is frequently used to assist on construction sites.

Dawes has a deep history with Link-Belt and is an authorized dealer of the brand’s products. Link-Belt lift equipment is also a core part of its own taxi fleet.

When customers see the backing that Dawes and ALL have for Link-Belt cranes, and watch them in action every day at Dawes’ own job sites, it gives them confidence. Harrison says that becomes a powerful endorsement. “It’s a clear sign of our investment in the product line, that we know its capabilities and the value Link-Belt brings to our own projects,” said Harrison. “When we continue to purchase Link-Belt lift equipment for our own fleet, our customers gain a comfort level with the product and also see regular evidence of the solid work these machines can do.”

As an authorized Link-Belt dealer, Dawes staffs factory-trained technicians to support the product line and is able to assist customers with purchasing, rental, parts, and service for all Link-Belt equipment.

“From the retail standpoint, we’re fortunate to have a large customer base that believes in the product,” said Harrison. And, for prospective Link-Belt new equipment customers, “we can put these cranes to work on their own jobsites to demonstrate firsthand they are worth the investment.”
