Rental Purchase Option

In addition to normal rental agreements, ALL also offers Rental Purchase Options. These agreements allow your business to apply a percentage of your rental payments toward a final purchase for the cranes and equipment you use. This type of crane rental arrangement gives you the immediate benefit of using mobile cranes, rough terrain cranes, and other lift equipment on job sites while having time to decide whether or not you want to buy them in the long term.

Shared Equipment Program

Under a Shared Equipment Program (SEP), sometimes called Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), a project’s general contractor acts as the primary renter of all lift equipment for the job and then rents it to the subcontractors. This method helps eliminate waste, cut costs, improve productivity, and create positive outcomes. This collaborative approach between a business and a crane company can save up to 30% on construction costs and can accelerate project completion dates.
