Timken Company Accident at Faircrest Steel Plant on May 4, 2013

May 6, 2013

May 6, 2013 -- Everyone at ALL Crane is deeply saddened by the incident at Timken Company on May 4th in Canton, Ohio. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the two men who died.
The crane was a large crawler crane that belongs to the ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. and was under lease to and operated by an outside company for more than a year.
We understand and appreciate the desire for an explanation about what happened; however, we also have limited access to information. The project site was immediately closed, which is standard procedure, to help ensure a thorough investigation by OSHA. Our safety team is fully engaged to try to learn more about what happened.
