ALL Crane & Equipment Rental Corp is seeking a hands-on Service Department Manager. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction equipment, crane and lift equipment a plus. Prior experience supervising repair shop and/or field maintenance types of operations is preferred. Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity; ability to operate complex construction equipment; withstand exposure to dust, fumes, and gases. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.


Initial duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide leadership and direct the activities of maintenance personnel
  • Manage the Preventive Maintenance Process
  • Inventory management
  • Customer/mechanic interaction and service
  • Facility maintenance including all shop tools and equipment
  • Review, analyze and track maintenance measures
  • Ensure maintenance of all files required to meet and/or exceed government requirements.
  • Quality assurance of work performed
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads
  • Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.
